Welcome to our website
May we extend a very warm welcome to you on behalf of everyone associated with Claytons Primary School.
Claytons is the only primary school in the beautiful Thameside village of Bourne End and occupies an extensive site at Well End. Surrounding the buildings are widespread, delightful grounds and excellent outdoor play and sports facilities, providing every facility for children in the age range 3 to 11.
The school has a purpose built Nursery catering for children aged between three and four and a dedicated Additional Resource Provision (ARP) which caters for up to 12 children with ASD.
Claytons is fortunate to have a very dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic staff whose aim is to provide all pupils with an education of the highest quality. At the same time we recognise the importance of regarding each pupil as an individual, furnishing them with appropriate stimuli to encourage motivation, challenge and develop independent learning.
All at the school are committed to providing the very best possible education for your child in a caring environment that encourages success and celebrates achievement.
“Claytons is a lovely, friendly school where children make good academic progress as well as learning friendships and social skills.”
